"You guys said that, um, we did this for the show."—"Balloon Boy" Falcon Heene, the 6-year-old who was thought to be in a runaway balloon yesterday, but was later found hiding in the attic of his home, when asked why he didn't come out when he heard his parents calling for him.
His father says any suggestion that the balloon scare was staged is "disgusting" and "appalling."
