That's what I want the people who insist on taking any criticism of Obama as support for McCain to do when they watch this video:
She can be won over, but she's not there yet. She's not going to vote for McCain (she said it emphatically once, then Malveaux asked her again and she repeated it for emphasis). But she doesn't (yet) feel that she has a reason to vote for Obama.
Here's a clue-by-four for the Obama supporters who have been dropping in here from time to time, leaving panicky finger-wagging comments about how stupid and blind and spiteful people like Ms Price, the woman in the video, are, and how THEY JUST WANT MCCAIN TO WIN AND OHMYGODDON'TYOUUNDERSTANDMCCAIN'SAGAINSTROE?!!??!!! and huffing about how such people are Not Real Democrats: Listen. Just shut up for a few minutes and listen to what Ms. Price, and others like her, are saying.
She's saying that she's not yet convinced that Obama is the right candidate to accomplish all the things she knows the country needs. But she's also saying that he has two months to win her over, that she can be convinced. She's also giving you the key to convincing her, if you'd but pay attention to it instead of merely dismissing her as an unregenerate PUMA who'll be responsible for the apocalypse if she doesn't just shut her trap and do her duty.
