Admit it: you forgot Guam even existed, didn't you?
Guam
Democratic Primary
Barack Obama 50% 2,264
Hillary Clinton 49% 2,257
So who's up/down/out?
Who cares?
It's Guam, for Jebus' sake. Nobody was expected to win, or lose, or whatever. I mean, I guess it's good for Obama that he won and not as good for Clinton that she lost, but the two should split Guam's four delegates, so in the end, it's sort of like Guam never even happened -- it certainly won't affect anything coming up.
So...I guess it's kinda pointless to talk about this more, huh?
UPDATE: Looks like I spoke too soon! The original AP call has been withdrawn, because with all votes in, the margin is seven votes for Obama, not the 6% they had it at earlier. Regardless, while the inevitable recount will determine bragging rights, it won't affect delegate apportionment; that's a 2-2 split regardless.
One big positive: turnout was projected to be 3,000 voters; Clinton and Obama together got over 4,500.
